The reviews tell us that the majority of buyers are happy with their purchase. The complaints were either about the noise level or the fact that for about 3 out of 100 people, the purifier stopped working.
Products do go faulty, and as long as they are covered under warranty, then I am ok with that, but it is an inconvenience nonetheless.
